In the morning's golden light, Nature wakes from restful night, Whispers of the trees we hear, "World Environment Day is here."

Birds in chorus, rivers flow, Fields where wildflowers grow, Mountains stand with ancient grace, Guardians of this sacred place.

Oceans vast, the sky so blue, Breathing life in all they do, Forests deep with secrets old, Stories of the earth unfold.

In the city's hurried pace, We must find a gentler space, Walk in balance, tread with care, For the earth we all must share.

Each small action, choice we make, Ripples on the water's face, Plant a tree or save the rain, Heal the world, relieve her pain.

On this day, let’s pledge anew, To keep our planet green and true, For every creature, great and small, Together, we protect them all.
